Overview of Exhibited Products

VF series fixed reader/writer

The VF series utilizes the Impinj E710 RF chip and Rockchip RK3568 processor platform, offering adjustable output power from 0 to 33dBm, a peak tag storage speed exceeding 950 tags/second, and a typical reading distance of up to 25 meters. The series includes three models:
VF-A987: running Android 13, supporting 4 TNC or 8 SMA antenna interfaces, suitable for complex scenarios requiring upper-layer application development;
VF-L987: running Linux 4.19, with the same hardware configuration as the VF-A987, targeting lightweight, high-stability deployment needs;
and VF- S 308: more compact, equipped with 8 TNC antenna interfaces, supporting PoE power supply, suitable for distributed deployment scenarios with limited cabling.

All three products are equipped with RS232, RS485, and RJ45 standard interfaces, and can be optionally equipped with Wiegand, WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, GPS and other functions. They support MQTT, HTTPS protocols and Web remote configuration, provide 4 optically isolated inputs and 4 optically isolated outputs, have an IP53 protection rating, and an operating temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃.

VI-L640 Semiconductor Dedicated Read/Write System

The VI-L640 is a low-frequency RFID system developed for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. It operates at a frequency of 134.2 kHz, uses HDX half-duplex data transmission mode, complies with SEMI E4, E5, E99, E15.1, and E144-0312 standards, supports the SECS protocol, and can be seamlessly integrated into semiconductor production equipment.

The system consists of a CIDRW controller and CIDRW read heads (VA-ANT_61). A single controller supports connecting 1 to 4 read heads, with a read/write distance of 0 to 80 mm, and is compatible with Texas Instruments and HID CID carriers. The controller is equipped with RS232, RS485, and RJ45 interfaces, supports Modbus RTU/TCP protocols, uses DC 24V power supply, and consumes less than 5W.

VI-IR Series Industrial Readers

The VI-IR series is an industrial-grade RFID identification product, including 9 models, covering both high frequency (13.56MHz) and ultra-high frequency (902-928MHz/865-868MHz) dual frequency bands. All models use automotive-grade RF chips, support high-speed identification at 3m/s, and feature low heat generation and strong anti-interference characteristics.

Industrial Reader Series ( VI- IR18S-HF, VI- IR30S-HF, VI- IR40S-HF): Utilizes the ST25R3916 chip, supports ISO 15693/14443A protocol, RS485 interface, Modbus RTU protocol, M12 industrial connector, and IP67 protection rating. Suitable for embedded installation scenarios such as production line workstations, machine tool cutting tools, and automated sorting.

Small industrial reader ( VI- IR60-HF/UHF, VI- IR61-HF/UHF): Compact design of 65×65×30 mm, the high-frequency version uses ST25R3916 chip, and the ultra-high frequency version uses Impinj E310 chip. It supports RS232/RS485/RJ45 three-select interface, PoE power supply, Modbus TCP/RTU protocol, and IP67 protection.

Enhanced Industrial Reader ( VI- IR108-HF/UHF): 100×80×35 mm, equipped with 1 trigger input and 1 relay output, side light bar status indicator, M12 industrial connector, suitable for complex workstations requiring independent logic control.
